Analysis of the Epidemiological Situation

Since early July, new outbreaks and isolated cases of dengue have been identified in Kourou, indicating an expansion of the virus’s circulation in the city.
The epidemiological situation in this area remains at Phase 2 of the Psage* dengue protocol: Outbreaks.

The epidemiological situation regarding dengue is stable in the rest of the territory and remains at Phase 1 of the Psage* dengue protocol: Sporadic cases.
