A national update is available as of September 27. In Brittany, activity levels remain very high in both community and hospital emergency departments, exceeding seasonal averages. There has been a continued increase in SOS Médecins consultations and emergency department visits among those aged 15–75 and 5–15, and a decrease among children under 5.This coincides with a sharp increase in the circulation of rhinoviruses and enteroviruses identified in respiratory samples analyzed at the virology laboratories of the Brest University Hospital and the Rennes University Hospital.
