Very sharp increases in the number of SOS Médecins consultations and emergency room visits among children under 15 and adults aged 15–75, as is typically observed in the weeks following the start of the school year. Among children under 15, this condition accounts for more than 5% of coded consultations/visits.Furthermore, the same trends are observed for nasopharyngitis and ENT conditions in general. Enterovirus Meningitis

Stabilization at a very low level of visits to hospital emergency departments for enterovirus meningitis. Low viral circulation of enteroviruses identified in cerebrospinal fluid samples analyzed at the Virology Laboratory of the Brest University Hospital.
