  • No epidemic activity. Hospital emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations remain stable. Virology laboratories at the region’s university hospitals report low detection rates of RSV. Other viruses capable of causing bronchiolitis are circulating, notably rhinoviruses.

COVID-19

  • Low activity.

Influenza and influenza-like illness

  • Non-epidemic activity. Decrease in the number of emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations for influenza and influenza-like illness across all age groups. Low detection of influenza A virus according to data from the virology laboratories at the Rennes University Hospital and the Brest University Hospital.

Gastroenteritis

  • High activity. Decrease in emergency room visits and increase in SOS Médecins consultations across all age groups.

Pneumonia

  • Decrease in emergency room visits and increase in SOS Médecins consultations for pneumonia.

Asthma

  • Moderate activity. Increase in emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations.
