Since Thursday, January 31, 10 of the 33 reports received by the alert units of the ARS in Burgundy and Franche-Comté concerned scabies (vs. 5 out of 40 the previous week): exceptionally, all were received in Burgundy; eight were in school settings, including three in preschool, and two in hospital settings; four were requests for guidance on hygiene measures to be taken, and two involved outbreaks of 5 and 12 cases, respectively, for which further investigation was required.
