Situation in Rhône-Alpes

• Flu-like Illnesses The flu epidemic is declining in our region during weeks 7 and 8 (February 11–24), but activity remains high (857 and 772 cases per 100,000 residents in weeks 7 and 8, respectively). The peak of the epidemic was observed in week 5 (January 28 to February 3). As of February 24, 109 severe cases of flu, including four deaths, had been reported in our region.
