Key Points
Tick-borne encephalitis
Since May 12, 2021, infections with the virus responsible for tick-borne encephalitis (TBE virus) have been reportable. Since that date, 5 cases (4 confirmed and 1 probable) have been reported to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Health Agency (ARS). No new cases have been reported since July 9, 2021.
Arboviruses
Since the start of enhanced surveillance, 17 imported cases of dengue have been reported, most of them from Réunion.
Allergies
Activity of the SOS Médecins associations has remained stable since late June.
Gastroenteritis
Regional trends: stable
In private practice (SOS Médecins associations): moderate activity
In hospital settings (Oscour® network emergency facilities): low activity
Enterovirus meningitis
So far in 2021, there has been no increase in the number of emergency department visits for viral meningitis.
All-cause mortality
All-cause mortality is within the expected range for the season in the region.
