Hospital Activity Overall emergency department activity is stable in the Allier department and slightly higher in the Puy-de-Dôme department. Emergency room activity for heat-related conditions (heatstroke, dehydration, hyponatremia) remains stable in the departments under the heat wave alert, with 3 emergency room visits yesterday, including 1 person over 75 years old (22 in the region, including 12 over 75 years old).
