Flu

No flu epidemic. In week 44: baseline levels of surveillance indicators (emergency room visits and SOS Médecins interventions for flu-like syndrome) Detection of sporadic cases of confirmed influenza A in week 43.

All-cause mortality

No excess mortality in the region in week 43.

Arboviruses (dengue)

A new imported case of dengue was reported in October, bringing the total number of cases reported since the start of the enhanced surveillance season in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes to 18, most of which were imported from Réunion.
