Following consultation with the Technical Committee for Dengue Monitoring (June 18, 2025), Santé publique France Antilles considers that the epidemiological situation for dengue now corresponds to Phase 2, Level 1: Isolated outbreaks. Given the school vacation period, the influx of potentially unimmunized travelers, and the hurricane season—which favors mosquito proliferation—vigilance remains essential.

Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy

• The situation is calm. These territories are currently in Phase 1 according to the PSAGE dengue classification for both territories: sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks or outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s).
