Based on these factors, the Expert Committee on Infectious and Emerging Diseases recommends to the Management Committee, which meets on April 11, 2013, that the situation be classified as a confirmed epidemic, Phase 3 of the Psage**. Dengue in Saint Barthélemy. Based on current data, the outbreak does not appear to be particularly severe or widespread.** Psage = Program for Surveillance, Alert, and Management of Epidemics.
