  • The weekly number of mpox cases in Île-de-France has been increasing in recent weeks, comparable to the trend observed during the same period in 2025, but significantly lower than that observed in 2022.

COVID-19

  • SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater: In Week 18, an overall downward trend in the level of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater continued. The intensity of viral circulation remained low.
  • Data on SOS Médecins calls and emergency department visits for suspected COVID-19 were not available for S18.

Chikungunya, dengue, and Zika

  • May 1–12, 2026 (documented cases): 4 imported cases of dengue, 1 imported case of chikungunya.
