An orange heat wave alert was in effect for the entire Hauts-de-France region for three consecutive days from July 11 to 13, but the heat wave lasted a week in the departments of Aisne and Oise. An increase in healthcare utilization due to the heatwave was observed at the regional level, but it was much lower than that seen during the June heatwave.

• After an increase observed in May and June, healthcare utilization for asthma and allergies has returned to its usual fluctuations.

Dengue, Chikungunya, and Zika

Two departments in the Hauts-de-France region are infested with tiger mosquitoes: Aisne and Oise.
