The MSA is developing a suicide prevention plan for farmers on the ground. Spotlight on the MSA in Armorique. In two departments—Finistère and Côtes-d’Armor—the MSA has established a local telephone helpline and set up a prevention team that brings together social services and occupational physicians. This system is supplemented by “sentinels” who monitor the situation and issue alerts. At the same time, professionals receive specialized training in identification and prevention.
