Help the public identify the nutritional quality of foods.

As a nutrition researcher at Inserm, Nicole Darmon set out to identify foods that combine the highest nutritional quality with the most reasonable price, with the aim of reducing health inequalities. The chart she developed highlights the nutritional quality of unprocessed foods (fruits, vegetables, starchy foods, etc.) and warns against processed foods, whose sugar, salt, and fat content is very difficult to identify.
