The organization Sport dans la ville has created 46 sports fields at the base of apartment buildings in priority neighborhoods under the city’s urban policy, across 25 cities in France. Starting at age 6, young people come to play soccer or basketball. Beginning at age 15 or 16, program leaders and educators provide them with support to help them find training and employment. 80% of the young people who participate in the program find a job.
