Surveillance of Occupational Diseases in the Poitou-Charentes Region: Biweekly Reports for 2011

The "Work-Related Illness Awareness Weeks" were launched in the Poitou-Charentes region in 2006. This initiative was established by the Occupational Health Department (DST) of the French Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS) in collaboration with the Occupational Health Inspection Service (IMT). This surveillance program is based on occupational medicine and draws on the expertise of occupational physicians. It is part of the 2010–2014 Regional Occupational Health Plan. This brochure presents the main results of the two OHD monitoring periods conducted in 2011 in Poitou-Charentes.
