A hypertension care network in Guadeloupe.

In Guadeloupe, one-quarter of the population suffers from high blood pressure. A healthcare network organizes health education, therapeutic education, and self-monitoring programs. This initiative has improved the management of high blood pressure, but significant disparities remain, particularly affecting those in vulnerable situations. A partnership with the Departmental Integration Agency is working to reduce these inequalities.
