Created to promote the implementation of "Icaps"-type projects "—interventions with middle school students focused on physical activity and sedentary lifestyles—by on-the-ground stakeholders: education, sports, and health professionals, institutional representatives, etc., to complement existing resources (methodological guide, brochure), it aimed to make the approach more concrete and operational. To this end, testimonials from practitioners who had implemented such initiatives were posted online, along with accessible and proven tools. The goal was also to create a community of practice to build on existing knowledge. Given its generally positive results, the 2015 MOOC was rescheduled a year later.

In 2016, new resources were offered and references were updated. The main data tracking participant activity (Who are they? How many are there? How many completed the entire course, etc.), sourced from the platform, are analyzed and compared to previous data in the report dedicated to the subject.
