Documents and videos available to everyone: learn more
Information accessible to everyone
Health prevention accessible to everyone
The “Pour comprendre” series
This collection is intended for audiences who have more limited access to prevention messages: people with disabilities, non-native French speakers, people with limited proficiency in French, people with less knowledge about health topics, etc.
These documents and videos are produced using a universal design approach: by taking into account the needs of those most isolated from information, the result benefits the widest possible audience.
They were developed with input from the target audiences and professionals in the health, social, and medical-social sectors.
They are identified by this logo. Visual: Information Accessible to All
The videos are available with subtitles, in French Sign Language (LSF), and with transcripts.
If needed, they can also be ordered on DVD.
The brochures and leaflets are available in large print, in Braille, and in an accessible digital format.
When should these informational materials be used?
To lead a prevention workshop, to start a group discussion, to answer a question, etc., or to gather information or initiate a conversation during an individual meeting.
