Santé publique France’s 2025 program is part of a renewed strategy following the signing of the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. The agency aims to strengthen prevention, reduce health inequalities, and innovate to improve interventions. It relies on expertise, innovation, and enhanced dialogue with society to anticipate and manage health crises. It is structured around six major priorities: 1. The burden of disease and its determinants, the effectiveness of interventions, and the return on investment in prevention; 5. Prevention strategy, social marketing, and a population-based approach; 6. Social and regional health inequalities
