About fifteen experts and practitioners in the field contributed to this issue, which focuses on interculturality as well as mediation and interpretation. Taking interculturality into account in healthcare and prevention is a key requirement for promoting the health of the entire population. This special report presents the current state of knowledge and highlights innovative programs and initiatives, with the goal of providing professionals with tools to improve and make healthcare and prevention more accessible. The report is coordinated by Stéphane Tessier, Laurence Kotobi, and Mohamed Boussouar, who outline the key issues in the introduction.
