The Framework and Planning Act for School Reform sets out the objectives and framework for promoting health in schools. Education, prevention, and protection are at the heart of the new school law. Promoting health in schools means, in particular, creating a school environment that supports health. In three school districts (Lyon, Créteil, and Versailles), pilot programs are being implemented with this goal in mind.
