Psychologists, nurses, and other professionals from the Saint-Étienne Mobile Psychiatric Team for People in Precarious Situations (EMPP) reach out to people living in precarious conditions—on the streets and in social service facilities—to identify their needs, refer them to appropriate services, and help them access healthcare.
