Perinatal Care and Parenting: Is a Revolution Underway? : For More Information [Bibliography]
To tackle this very broad topic, we have deliberately limited our research to relationships between parents and children (unborn and newborn) and to relationships between professionals and expectant or new parents. The results are organized into four categories: books and reports, journals, guides and brochures, and organizations and websites. Our selection focuses on national or international French-language sources and takes a general and psychosocial approach rather than a medical one. We have chosen to include specific articles from specialized journals but to exclude (as is customary in this section) individual articles. In each subcategory, references are listed in reverse chronological order and then in alphabetical order by author’s name. In the “organizations and websites” section, entries are listed in alphabetical order. Last visit to the websites mentioned: August 22, 2007.[article excerpt]
