MSA: Preventive health checkups for agricultural workers with limited access to healthcare [Interview].

84,000 workers in the agricultural sector received a free, personalized health check-up, consisting of a nursing consultation followed by a preventive medical examination conducted by a doctor. These consultations serve as a model for those currently being implemented by public authorities. An evaluation of this program, conducted by the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm), highlights the favorable factors and the obstacles to be overcome for these preventive health care pathways.
