Health in Prisons: The Perspective of the Prison Administration.
Since 1994, the health care of inmates has been entrusted to the public hospital system. Prison staff have established partnerships with all stakeholders in the prison system, particularly health care professionals. Despite undeniable progress, there is still room for improvement, which requires sustained efforts from all stakeholders.
