Both France and Quebec place great importance on promoting youth health. This involves a policy aimed at developing health education in schools. However, their approaches differ significantly. In Quebec, it is possible to drive the implementation of integrated health education programs through schools in collaboration with the community. France, on the other hand, prioritizes the development of health education by relying primarily on structures and mechanisms specific to the school environment. [author’s abstract]
