"Best practices" for reducing health inequalities.
In addition to the Martigues Municipal Health Observatory and the Bourg-en-Bresse community food pantry, three other French initiatives have been recognized as "best practices" for reducing health inequalities by the European "Closing the Gap" program: a dental clinic for the homeless in Toulouse, the guide published by the Medical Committee for Exiles (Comede), and the Limousin Regional Program for Access to Prevention and Care (Praps), which has established a user committee.
