Agencies in the healthcare system: a new institutional landscape? The role of agencies

There are agencies specializing in risk management and agencies focused on health system organization. What added value do they bring to the management of the health system? What role do government agencies play? The creation of technical agencies to meet specialization needs has been accompanied by a need to strengthen coordination within traditional administrative bodies, as evidenced by the recent labor dispute within the DGS over additional staff. The issue remains the same at the level of decentralized services, and the question of interministerial coordination remains essential in the context of any potential reform.
