Target audience

  • Interns, trainees, and new hires

  • Public Health France staff

Mentoring

Training Objective

The purpose of the mentorship is to provide mentorship-style support to certain agency scientists, enabling them to acquire the practical skills essential to carrying out their duties.

General Information

A personalized development plan is established for individuals entering the internal mentoring program: setting goals regarding skills to be acquired, assigning a mentor (who is not the individual’s direct supervisor), and outlining the learning process (defining “mentored” activities to be carried out, identifying training modules to be completed, and establishing objectives to be achieved). This initiative involves a pool of senior scientists to serve as mentors, as well as the implementation of coordination and monitoring tools.

Target audience

Newcomers to the agency and staff participating in internal mobility.
