Key Points
Continued increase in vaccination uptake among infants subject to the expanded vaccination mandate:
+2.6 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the first dose of the meningococcal C vaccine (2019 cohort: 84.9%; 2021 cohort: 87.5%)
+2.9 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the meningococcal C vaccine booster (2018 cohort: 87.4%; 2020 cohort: 90.3%)
However, a relative stabilization in progress for other valences:
0.5 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the third dose of the vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, polio, pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b, and hepatitis B (2018 cohort: 89.1%; 2020 cohort: 88.6%)
1.3 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the third dose of the pneumococcal vaccine (2018 cohort: 90.1%; 2020 cohort: 88.8%)
Increase in vaccination coverage among children not subject to the expanded vaccination mandate:
+5 percentage points for the first dose of the HPV vaccine among 15-year-old girls born in 2006 (38.4%) compared to girls born in 2005 (33.4%)
Increase in catch-up vaccination coverage against meningococcal C in all age groups over 2 years of age (+1.4 to +13 percentage points depending on the age group)
Increase in influenza vaccination coverage compared to the 2019–2020 season:
+2.7 percentage points among people aged 65 and older (52.4% for the 2021-2022 season)
