• In week 36 of 2025 (September 1–7, 2025), an increase in emergency department visits for asthma among children under 15 was observed in emergency departments and at SOS Médecins Nouvelle-Aquitaine clinics. Emergency department activity for asthma among children under 15 reached 2.6% of total activity in this age group (1.1% in week 35-2025), and SOS Médecins activity reached 1.7% (1.0% the previous week).

• The level of asthma-related care observed among children in Nouvelle-Aquitaine remains comparable to that recorded in the previous two years; a similar trend is observed in mainland France.
