• In week 37 of 2025 (September 8–14, 2025), the increase in emergency department visits for asthma among children under 15 continued. Emergency department visits for asthma accounted for 5.0% (237 visits) of total activity in this age group (2.6% in week 36-2025), and SOS Médecins visits accounted for 2.5%, representing more than 100 recorded cases of asthma among children under 15 (1.7% the previous week).

• The level of emergency care utilization for asthma observed among children in Nouvelle-Aquitaine remains comparable to that recorded in the previous two years; a similar trend is observed in mainland France.
