Key Points

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

  • 388 confirmed or probable cases of imported dengue fever were investigated in Île-de-France.

Measles

  • No specific signals regarding surveillance related to Sursaud® and mandatory reporting.

Pertussis

  • In urban areas, increased use of SOS Médecins. In hospitals, a decrease in the number of emergency room visits associated with an increase in the number of visits followed by hospitalization.

COVID-19

  • Increase in healthcare utilization across all age groups in the community and stabilization in emergency departments.

  • Increase in the level of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater.

Bronchiolitis

  • Significant increase in emergency room visits among children under one year of age, as well as hospitalizations for bronchiolitis compared to week 36.

Asthma

  • A sharp increase in emergency department visits and visits followed by hospitalization, as well as SOS Médecins consultations, compared to the previous week. These increases mainly affected children aged 0 to 14.
