COVID-19

  • SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater: Six of the seven wastewater treatment plants have interpretable results. In Week 15, an overall trend toward stabilization in the level of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater was observed. The intensity of viral circulation remained low.

  • At SOS Médecins and in emergency departments, activity related to suspected COVID-19 cases remained low and stable compared to the previous week.

Diphtheria

  • From January 1, 2025, to March 15, 2026 (first case in April 2025 and last case in March 2026), 11 cases of Corynebacterium diphtheriae infection were reported in Île-de-France for which no link to international travel or very recent migration was found.
