COVID-19

  • In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, as at the national level, incidence and positivity rates are declining amid low testing rates. SARS-CoV-2 viral circulation is trending downward, with an estimated incidence rate of 62 cases per 100,000 residents (close to the national rate: 58 per 100,000 residents).

  • At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates are decreasing. They range from 47 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Territoire-de-Belfort to 67 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Doubs, and positivity rates range from 11% in the Territoire-de-Belfort to 22.5% in the Jura.

  • Continued decline in influenza-related activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics and emergency departments over the past 6 weeks

Acute gastroenteritis

  • Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is decreasing, reaching levels observed during previous seasons at the same time

  • Activity in emergency departments is relatively close to the levels observed during last season
