  • At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 35 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Saône-et-Loire to 69 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Territoire de Belfort, and positivity rates range from 6.2% in Saône-et-Loire to 11.6% in the Territoire de Belfort

  • Flu-related activity (all ages) is once again on the rise this week among SOS Médecins associations and in emergency departments

  • 45 severe influenza cases admitted to intensive care reported by the intensive care sentinel network

  • 50 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022

Acute gastroenteritis

  • Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is relatively stable and has reached levels seen in previous seasons during the same period

  • Emergency department activity is increasing slightly and remains below the levels observed during last season
