2024: The year with the highest number of cases of ARA since the implementation of enhanced surveillance:
274 imported cases of arboviral diseases, including:
269 cases of dengue, mostly imported from Guadeloupe and Martinique
4 cases of chikungunya
1 case of Zika
2 locally acquired cases of dengue reported in the Drôme
Entomological surveillance
127 new municipalities considered colonized in 2024 (for a total of 1,192 municipalities in the ARA)
Season with the highest number of adulticide treatments for vector control:
212 surveys conducted
87 of which detected the presence of tiger mosquito populations
72 adulticide treatments for vector control carried out.
