  • Guadeloupe and Martinique are in Phase 4, Level 1 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic. Following a stabilization, the number of clinically suggestive cases is decreasing at a similar rate in Guadeloupe and Martinique. In hospitals, the number of emergency room visits is also decreasing in Martinique, whereas it is increasing in Guadeloupe.

  • Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are in Phase 3 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic.

    • In Saint Martin, the number of clinically suggestive dengue cases is rising again (+70%);

    • In Saint-Barthélemy, it has stabilized at around 85 cases per week. The number of emergency room visits has decreased by 50% in one week in Saint-Martin, but is rising again in Saint-Barthélemy (+24%).
