  • Guadeloupe and Martinique are in Phase 4, Level 1 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic. The decline in dengue surveillance indicators continues in Guadeloupe and Martinique. In hospitals, there has been a decrease in the number of emergency room visits, which began in Guadeloupe and is continuing in Martinique.

  • Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are in Phase 3 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic. Dengue surveillance indicators are decreasing compared to the previous week. This decrease must be confirmed in the coming weeks, taking into account the closure of medical practices during the year-end holiday season.

  • In the French West Indies, only the DENV-2 serotype has been identified in the samples analyzed.
