Santé publique France is France’s national public health agency. A public institution under the authority of the Minister of Health, formed through the merger of several public institutions and established by Ordinance 2016-246 of April 15, 2016, the agency works to promote public health. As part of managing logistics for operations and training exercises for medical reservists, the apprentice will be responsible for managing equipment with a view to optimization. They will conduct a post-operation review (Retex) following each equipment deployment and propose areas for improvement as needed.
The apprentice will participate in the Medical Reserve’s overall logistics project, from defining objectives through the various procurement procedures to ensuring all logistical components are operationally ready.
The apprentice will independently monitor certain logistics files in collaboration with all partners in the supply chain—both internal to Santé publique France (such as support departments) and external (service providers, central purchasing agencies, etc.)—under the supervision of the head of the Medical Reserve’s logistics unit.
As part of their duties, the apprentice may be required to travel, particularly to our remote national storage facility.
