Key Points

  • In Week 16 (April 13–19, 2026), activity at SOS Médecins clinics declined for both children (down 17%, or 4,658 visits) and adults (down 6%, or 3,730 visits).
  • There was an increase in procedures, at levels comparable to previous years:
    • among 2- to 14-year-olds and 15- to 74-year-olds, for insect bites (+7.5%, or +29 cases),
    • among those aged 75 and older, for asthma attacks (+41%, or +23 cases), urinary tract infections (+8%, or +20 cases), and heart conditions (+26%, or +37 cases).
