Personalized programs to build mental resilience for everyday life [Interview]

minds-up is a free web-based mental health promotion app developed by the Geneva-based nonprofit minds. Currently in the pilot phase, it offers personalized modules designed to help users adopt behaviors that promote mental well-being. It will be available to all French speakers starting in December 2025.
