SOS Médecins activity remained stable over the past week and was comparable to 2011 and 2012 at the national level and across all age groups. This trend was also observed regionally, except in Île-de-France, where a very slight increase was noted. The asthma attack indicator has risen slightly (+11%, 282 cases per week), particularly among children under 15 (+34%, 99 cases per week), to a level slightly higher than in 2011 and 2012. A slight increase is also observed in Île-de-France, the Northeast Zone, and the Central-East Zone. The allergy indicator remained stable over the period and is comparable to 2011 and 2012. However, an increase was noted among 5- to 14-year-olds (+27%, 79 weekly cases).The gastroenteritis indicator is stable for numbers comparable to 2011 and 2012 across all age groups. There is a slight increase among children under 5 years of age (+13%, 335 weekly cases) and a decrease among 5- to 14-year-olds and those aged 75 and older, at -20% (244 weekly cases) and -13% (91 weekly cases), respectively.
Seasonal indicators (heatstroke, dehydration, and general malaise) continue to decline, with numbers comparable to 2011 and 2012 for the same period. The main conditions reported for the past week are gastroenteritis (1,765 cases), tonsillitis (1,659 cases), and nasopharyngitis (1,412 cases). Among children under 15, there has been an increase in laryngitis/tracheitis (+50%, 234 cases) and nasopharyngitis (+18%, 717 cases).
