In week 37 (September 9–15), overall activity at SOS Médecins clinics rose sharply among children (+41%, or 6,147 visits), increased slightly among adults aged 15–74 (+5%, or 2,043 visits), and remained stable among those aged 75 and older.

The week was marked by a sharp increase in cases among children for
:- respiratory conditions: asthma (+158%, or 330 cases), upper respiratory tract conditions (+80%, or 4,593 cases), bronchitis (+88%, or 350 cases), viral syndrome (+47%, or +65 cases), and bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age (+122%, or +49 cases).
- digestive system conditions: gastroenteritis (+21%, or +307 cases), diarrhea in children under 2 years of age (+14%, or +16 cases), vomiting and acute abdominal pain in children aged 2–14 years (respectively +10% and +19%).

These increases are also observed to a lesser extent among adults: asthma (+25%), upper respiratory tract conditions (+30%), bronchitis (+43%), pneumonia exclusively in those aged 75 and older (+12%), and gastroenteritis (+11%). The share of activity for these indicators remains comparable to that observed in the two previous years during this period, for both children and adults.

Among the most common conditions, there was an increase in procedures for certifying deaths among adults aged 75 and older (+16%).
