Activity at SOS Médecins clinics increased over the past week across all age groups, particularly among children under 5 (+58%, or 3,300 more consultations during the period); overall numbers remain comparable to those in 2012 and 2011. This increase is also observed across regions. The conditions typically reported are on the rise across all age groups, particularly ENT and respiratory conditions. Among children under 15, the main diagnoses reported during the period involve ENT conditions, specifically nasopharyngitis, otitis, and laryngitis/tracheitis (respectively +125%, +1,200 cases; +84%, +500 cases, and +167%, +600 cases). An increase in lower respiratory tract infections and bronchitis is also noted for this age group (respectively +137%, +367 cases, and +152%, +287 cases).

The asthma attack indicator is rising sharply (+87%, 535 cases) both nationally and regionally, across all age groups, with numbers comparable to 2012 and significantly higher than in 2011.This increase primarily affects children under 5 and those aged 5–14 (respectively +95%, 148 cases, and +172%, 155 cases). The allergy indicator is stable across all age groups, at a level comparable to 2012 and slightly higher than 2011. It is worth noting an increase in activity related to this indicator in Île-de-France. The gastroenteritis indicator is rising across all age groups (+11%, 2,225 cases over the period), with numbers comparable to 2012 and higher than in 2011. This increase is observed primarily among those under 15 years of age (+13%, 873 cases). This trend is also observed in the Centre/Île-de-France, North, Center-East, and Southeast regions.
