Nationally, SOS Médecins activity remained stable over the past period, at a level slightly higher than in 2012 and 2011; however, there was an increase in the number of consultations among children under 15 (+19%, 9,753 visits). Regionally, a slight uptick in activity was observed, except in the West and Southwest, where it remained stable. The asthma attack indicator remained stable across all age groups over the period, with numbers comparable to 2012 and 2011. There was an increase in the number of cases among children under 5 (+85%, 76 cases). Notably, there was an increase in the Île-de-France, Northeast, and Southeast regions. The allergy indicator remained stable at a level comparable to 2011 and 2012; an increase in cases was also observed among children under 5 years of age (+38%, 106 cases).The gastroenteritis indicator is on the rise (+15%, 2,011 cases) across all age groups, with numbers comparable to 2012 and higher than in 2011. This trend is particularly evident among children under 15 (+35%, 772 cases)

Seasonal indicators: The heatstroke indicator is rising for all age groups aged 5 and older (21 cases, an increase of 15 cases), at a level comparable to 2011 and 2012. Seeking medical care for dehydration remains stable, with numbers comparable to 2011 and 2012 (40 cases). The indicator for general malaise is rising to a level higher than in 2011 and 2012 (+24%, 270 cases). The main conditions reported by SOS Médecins across all age groups during the period are gastroenteritis, nasopharyngitis, and tonsillitis. Among children under 15, there has been an increase in all commonly observed conditions (ENT and gastrointestinal conditions).
