In Week 35 (August 25–31, 2025), activity at SOS Médecins clinics increased among 2- to 14-year-olds (+6%, or +706 visits), decreased among those aged 75 and older (-7%, or -468 visits), and remained stable among 15- to 74-year-olds.

Among digestive indicators, there was an increase in cases for:

• vomiting among children under 2 years old (+65%, or +13 cases) and among those 15 years and older (+21%, or +53 cases)

• gastroenteritis among those under 15 years old (+12%, or +156 procedures) and among those 75 years and older (+14%, or +18 procedures)

• acute abdominal pain in those aged 15 and older (+12%, or +181 cases)

Among respiratory indicators, there was an increase in procedures for:

• asthma attacks in children under 15 (+20%, or +28 visits)

• cough in those under 15 years of age (+18%, or +210 visits) and in those aged 15–74 (+9%, or +239 visits)

• bronchitis in those aged 15 and older (+7%, or +89 cases)

• suspected COVID-19 infection, with numbers comparable to previous years across all age groups (+19%, or +146 cases)

Among other indicators, there was an increase in procedures:

• Among children for:

  • isolated fever (+20%, or +49 cases) and viral syndrome (+25%, or +16 cases) among children under 2

  • conjunctivitis (+9%, or +19 cases), trauma (+25%, or +118 cases), and insect bites (+12%, or +35 cases) in children aged 2–14

  • anxiety (+63%, or +12 visits) in children under 15

• Among adults for:

  • malaise (+17%, or +27 visits) among those aged 15–74

  • anxiety (+10%, or +19 visits) among those aged 65 and older
