In week 43 (October 21–27), total activity at SOS Médecins clinics saw a slight increase among children under 2 years old (+3.3%, or 221 more visits) and a sharp decrease among children aged 2–14, in line with the first week of school vacation. Total activity increased among those aged 75 and older (+9%, or +611 visits) and remained stable among those aged 15–74.

Over the past week, there was an increase in cases for
:- Respiratory conditions: bronchiolitis in children under 2 years old (+23%, or +59 cases), influenza/flu-like syndrome in those aged 15–74 (+17%, or +90 cases), acute bronchitis in those aged 75 and older (+17%, or +82 cases) and pneumonia across all age groups (+17.4% in children and +12% in adults);
- Abdominal conditions: gastroenteritis in those aged 75 and older (+33%, or +46 visits) and vomiting in those aged 15–74 (+15%, or +55 visits);
- Conjunctivitis in children under 2 years of age (+15%, or +26 cases) and in adults (+12%, or +32 cases);
- Nonspecific conditions: allergies in children under 2 years of age (+14%, or +20 cases) and isolated fever in those aged 75 and older (+14%, or +12 cases).

Among the most common conditions, the following saw an increase in procedures
:- for dental conditions in children under 2 years of age (+17%, or +26 procedures),
- for low back pain/sciatica in people aged 75 or older (+18%, or +40 procedures).
